The links below
all pertain to projects in which mo'c Physics Applied participated,
usually as a subcontractor. Generally the sponsors' sites contain drawings,
photographs, construction schedules, information on persons to contact, etc.
Noise studies were prepared by
mo'c
Physics Applied pertaining to two potential
sites for the campus of this planned new high school.
The general plan contractor was provided with an
updated noise contour map and background summary information
pertaining to the City's existing noise policies, for the draft of
the new general plan.
This consultancy prepared the Capitol project's
air quality impact analysis and went on, for both of these projects of
the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, to provide analytical and inspection services pertaining to noise
abatement.
This consultancy participated in this large study by
providing data and estimates to the prime contractor pertaining to the
effectiveness of existing soundwalls on the expressways and to the extent
to which new or better soundwalls were needed.
This consultancy prepared air quality impact studies
for two sub-projects in the western portion of the larger project area.
This consultancy prepared the project's noise impact
and abatement analyses.
This consultancy prepared the project's noise impact
and abatement analyses.
This consultancy prepared the noise impact and
abatement analyses for the portion of the project that consists of
improvements to the Route 85/17 interchange.
Once at their page, click on ‘Facilities Expansion’. This consultancy was hired by the prime environmental
contractor to provide, and did provide, an “Air Quality Impact &
Toxic Air Contaminant Screening Analysis” [December 2000] that was to
have been the basis for the environmental impact report on this
long-range expansion project of the Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority. However
the work of another consulting firm was substituted.
This consultancy provided a limited amount of assistance
to the Santa Clara Valley Water District with the estimation of changes in
air contaminant emissions due to the ongoing improvements to three water
treatment plants.
For this project of the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority this consultancy had massive responsibility— for the noise
and vibration, air quality and energy impact analyses, and for
implementation-phase soundwall and residential sound insulation programs.
